• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make sound clinical judgments in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs, clinic workflows, and staffing assignments  

• The Nurse is responsible for overseeing the highest quality of patient care. This role involves managing resources, and fostering a professional and supportive environment for both patients and healthcare providers.     

• Complete nursing care must be ensured maintaining a high standard which may include - Vitals checking, IV Cannulation, IV infusion, Suctioning, Nebulization, Specimen collection, Oxygen administration, etc·      

• Must ensure correct sample and correct labeling of sample collection for each patient.      

• Perform nursing assessments, including physical assessments, health screenings, and medication reconciliation, to identify patient needs and concerns.     

• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies according to physician orders and established protocols, ensuring accurate dosing, administration routes, and patient safety.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical principles, professional standards, and legal regulations governing nursing practice.

• Prioritize tasks based on patient needs and cultivate an environment conducive to learning.

• Monitor and ensure the prudent use of supplies to prevent waste. Guarantee that adequate supplies and equipment are always available for the unit to function smoothly.      

• Must maintain professionalism.

• Must ensure that the nursing code of conduct and the policies are strictly followed by all staff members.

• Ensure accurate and complete assessment of all patients.    

• Perform every task assigned with complete diligence.
