Educational Requirements:
∎ Bsc or Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery under Bangladesh Nursing Council with 3 years experience in the related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule nurses' shifts.
∎ Assign nurses to patients.
∎ Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
∎ Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics.
∎ Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures.
∎ Train & developing staff new team members.
∎ Evaluate nurses' performance.
∎ Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions.
∎ Handle complaints or other issues.
∎ Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends.
∎ Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases and procedures.
∎ Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operation at our facility through day-to-day management and long term planning.
∎ Any other tasks is assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures.
∎ Candidate will work as a full time employee. Cannot work anywhere else as part time employee.
∎ Must be Computer skill especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill both in Bengali and in English & Valid nursing license.

Salary:
∎ As per company policy but attractive packages will be offered for deserving candidate.
