∎ 3/ 4 years diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule nurses' shifts.
∎ Assign nurses to Gynae & Obs patients.
∎ Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
∎ Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics.
∎ Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures.
∎ Train & developing staff new team members.
∎ Evaluate nurses' performance.
∎ Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions.
∎ Handle complaints or other issues.
∎ Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends.
∎ Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases and procedures.
∎ Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operation at our facility through day-to-day management and long term planning.
∎ Any other tasks is assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, energetic, intelligent candidate will be preferred.
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing
∎ BSC or Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery under Bangladesh Nursing Council with 3 years' experience in the related field.
∎ Assist work experienced on Normal Delivery Candidate will be more preferable.
∎ Computer Skill at MS Word, Excel, Internet browsing
∎ At least 3 years worked in Gynae & Obs department
