Job Context:
∎ Diginext Hires professional, Creative, and engaging News Presenters to join our dedicated team. In the following role, you will deliver the news to our viewers clearly, informally, and engagingly. You will work closely with our production team, writers, and editors to ensure the highest quality of news presentation.
∎ Work Hours: 10:00 am- 6:00 pm (Sat-Thu)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to present 5 to 7 videos daily that are 3-5 minutes long and give voice-over regarding the content.
∎ Present the news clearly, concisely, and engagingly, following our organizations unique standard and format.
∎ Work closely with the production team, journalists, and editors to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of news content.
∎ Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and on-air presence.
∎ Stay current on events, industry trends, and emerging stories.
∎ Provide input on story ideas and assist with content planning if needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information with clarity and creativity.
∎ Understanding of audience interest.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and maintain the content supply chain.
∎ Knowledgeable with news production processes and technologies.
∎ Flexibility to work varying shifts.
∎ You must be sincere and have a mindset to work long-term with the team.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Range: 25-35k (The Salary range is not fixed. It will be based on your experience and performance. It might also exceed the range.)
Competitive salary with a review period every 6 months.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance-based bonus.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 times a year.
