Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Networking, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Network certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, MTCNA) are a plus
- CCNA
- CCNP
- MTCNA
- MTCRE
Requirements:

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 18 years
- 1+ years of experience in network support, preferably in an ISP environment
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VLANs
- Hands-on experience with MikroTik, Cisco or similar networking platforms
- Familiarity with fiber, wireless, and broadband technologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and maintain ISP network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, etc.)
Respond to network outages, performance issues, and customer-reported incidents.
Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.)
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of core and edge network devices.
Perform regular network audits and document changes.
Collaborate with Level 1 support and escalate issues when needed.
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency network support.
