• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• Bachelor’s Degree in Networking, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Network certifications (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, MTCNA) are a plus
• CCNA
• CCNP
• MTCNA
• MTCRE

• At least 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age At least 18 years

• 1+ years of experience in network support, preferably in an ISP environment
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and VLANs
• Hands-on experience with MikroTik, Cisco or similar networking platforms
• Familiarity with fiber, wireless, and broadband technologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Monitor and maintain ISP network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, etc.)

• Respond to network outages, performance issues, and customer-reported incidents.

• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.)

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of core and edge network devices.

• Perform regular network audits and document changes.

• Collaborate with Level 1 support and escalate issues when needed.

• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency network support.
