Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to join our team. This full-time, on-site role in Moulvibazar involves overseeing daily operations, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will lead teams, monitor performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily operational activities across relevant departments.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.Lead, guide, and evaluate team performance to ensure efficient service delivery.
Provide customer support through phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits when necessary.
Monitor and manage core network infrastructure and customer networks.
Respond to inquiries and service requests from corporate and VIP clients.
Configure and troubleshoot network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices.
