Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical service at poultry farm level as well as dealers anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Reporting daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Must be pro-active & dynamic with leadership quality.
∎ Implement sale plan & Budget.
∎ Train the dealers and farmers about poultry & dairy disease, treatment & modern farming.
∎ Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction..
∎ Build up business relation with customers and influence sales force to achieve the sales target as per master plan.
∎ Analysis of Market share, volume and monitor competitors activities.
∎ Must be able to forecast market situation.
∎ Communicate with farmers and dealers as well as help them on behalf of the company. Find cure for any kind of broilers and chicken disease
∎ Ensure dealer development in different respective territories through providing information and the products characteristics, other relevant information
∎ Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
∎ Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
∎ Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
∎ Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
∎ Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
∎ Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
∎ Work with senior stakeholders.
∎ Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
∎ Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
∎ Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
∎ Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
∎ Support worker communication with the management team.
∎ Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible.
∎ Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
∎ Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
∎ Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
∎ Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
∎ Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
∎ Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
∎ Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
∎ All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
∎ Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
∎ Acting as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
∎ Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
