∎ Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and maximize performance.
∎ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
∎ Reporting & Analysis: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
∎ Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities and product launches.
