Job Context:
∎ We are Looking for a young, dynamic and energetic National Sales Manager, who has at least 7-10 Years of proven experience in the baby cosmetics and diaper for meaningful contribution in company to reach the organization`s goal.
∎ He will have ability to handle multiple team of RM, AM, TM and SO for generating sales for all over Bangladesh along with modern Pharmacy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting annual national sales targets, formulating and implementing budget plans.
∎ Lead sales team members to achieve SKU's wise sales targets & maintaining sales growth.
∎ Interact with the sales team to develop sales plans and strategies.
∎ Provide necessary guidelines to the distribution department for smooth delivery.
∎ Coordinate with Distribution, Brand marketing, Accounts & other associated departments for smooth operation.
∎ Monitor client's credit and ensure the collection on agreed timeline.
∎ Coordinate with the sales team to plan on promotional activities and special events.
∎ Must be target-oriented and have to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly.
∎ Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
∎ Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
∎ Maintain sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives.
∎ Collect information about competitor's activities in the market.
∎ Provide necessary requirements for product development as per market demand.
∎ Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to travel frequently.
∎ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
∎ Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
∎ Strong leadership and team building skills.
∎ Hard working, sincere, punctual and result oriented.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.

Salary: Negotiable
