Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan to explore sales opportunity by creating new sales market and performing demand generation activities through existing market development.
∎ Achieve the primary and secondary sales target in FMCG market through strategic sales planning to establish annual and monthly sales objectives in co-ordination with Companies business plan.
∎ Manage direct activities congenial to sales & collection through visiting & finding out prospective clients and creating new market opportunity to establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
∎ Responsible for coordinating to fulfill the specific objectives of the sales plan with all the functional departments of the company and most specifically with sales & collection team.
∎ Monitor operational pathway to improve the existing performance and efficiency of the sales & collection operatives and processes.
∎ Implement modern sales techniques to establish market and target customer strategies in coordination with product development teams forwarding market survey report to minimize costing.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals generating new business scope using existing and potential networks.
∎ Lead and implement modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing sales and collection through preparing annual marketing & promotional plan with their execution.
∎ Ensure successful sales management team for the customer's needs in coordination with concern top management in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies, total sales & collection and yearly policy for company growth.
∎ Manage the entire field and in house sales functions through defining monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel and day to day supervision.
∎ Spend a significant portion of time in the field both of individual accounts and co travelling with sales personnel to create new area of sales and to monitor competitor activities and innovate ideas effective for counter measures.
∎ In coordination with business development, establish compensation plans for under your sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans.
∎ Provide market and competitor information to improve the targeting, pricing & product development processes and monitor sales metrics (e.g quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
∎ Maintain & serve existing dealers and look for attractive new ones within commercial business for company growth & business development.
∎ Maximize pro stability of sales by managing consistency in supply & secondary sales, contribute to team building through positive participation in training, sales meeting, exhibitions & other company functions.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales strategies. Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan for assigned territory.
∎ Provide accurate and timely reports & records, constantly review & update database, Demonstrate leadership in managing stakeholders and building strong public relation for market promotion & achieving sales target.
∎ Discover new opportunities to sale products & services to prospective customer's using documents, pictures, video clips, field visit report through insert in system and Facebook page timely.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with a valid driving license and personal motorbike will be given preference.
∎ Initiative taker, target focused and willing to work anywhere Bangladesh.
∎ Very good written & oral communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Intelligent, analytical, Positive and proactive in solving problem issues.
∎ Computer literacy on MS word, Excel, Email, Facebook, Internet browsing & smart phone operation.
∎ Must have experience in selling FMCG/ Trade product.
∎ Team player and able to coordinate with other departments.
∎ Knowledge on modern sales and collection.
∎ Must have goal orientation, Transparency & Planning, organizing, information sharing, Leading and goal seeker personality.
