Educational Requirements:
∎ BA/Diploma in fine art, design or relevant field
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university will also be considered
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphics Design, Video Editing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials;
∎ Using various design software and tools to create designs, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign;
∎ Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral, such as advertisements, brochures, logos, websites, thumbnails, videos, reels, posters, image Ads, banners, flyers, imagery, info-graphics and other promotional materials;
∎ Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data;
∎ Full quality management of printing, animation and audio-visual outputs;
∎ Collaborate with the brand/ content team to obtain knowledge and new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications;
∎ Staying up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and applying them to improve the quality of designs;
∎ Edit video clips for use on social media platforms;
∎ Being aligned with the video production vision;
∎ Reviewing raw footage to determine the shot list, selecting the perfect shots, trimming footage and putting together the rough project;
∎ Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects, wherever required;
∎ Optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms;
∎ Creating motion graphics and animations to bring the design to life;
∎ Other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign), Microsoft Office, DropBox, G Suite, and Social Media Marketing)
∎ Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram);
∎ A strong foundation of fundamentals of design such as Color Theory, Typography, Visual Hierarchy, Design Principles etc.
∎ Solid verbal and written communication skills;
∎ Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
