∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in maintaining records.
∎ Creating dynamic reports with PivotTables. Building formulas. Cell formatting.
∎ Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP.
∎ Manage and maintain spreadsheets using MS Excel, including creating reports, analyzing data, and utilizing advanced Excel functions.
∎ Support the office with general computer operations, including file management, correspondence, and document preparation.
∎ Assist in managing office records, including inventory and financial documentation.
∎ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient office operations.
∎ Identify and implement improvements in data management and office processes.
∎ Provide technical support to staff for basic computer-related issues.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
