∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ • Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, or a related field.
∎ • Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
∎ • Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, pacing, and storytelling.
∎ • Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
∎ • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Create and animate high-quality motion graphics for use in digital marketing campaigns, social media, and FirstTrip’s website.
∎ • Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the creative vision and is suitable for broadcasting.
∎ • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
∎ • Create visually stunning and impactful animations that effectively communicate complex ideas and evoke emotion.
∎ • Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in motion design and animation to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.
∎ • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
∎ • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and campaigns.
