Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters' or equivalent degree from a recognised University preferably in Social Science or Development Studies, Statistics, Anthropology ,Disaster Management, Economics etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take responsibility for all monitoring and reporting functions of the project including data input, verification and database management as per project need.
∎ Conduct periodic and random field visits to monitor quality and process followed in the implementation of the project activities and report progress.
∎ Initiate and coordinate studies such as baseline, endline, impact stories and special outcome surveys as per need of the project
∎ Capture important lessons and knowledge from project activities and do necessary documentation for the purpose of internal and external sharing.
∎ Conduct small-scale in-house mix-method studies, develop data collection tool using computer software and online data platform.
∎ Manage specific databases on software and hardware activities including training that will be part of the project activities.
∎ Monitor project activities following the project result matrix and assist Project Manager with monitoring findings and ensure progress report with verified data as per project plan and reporting deadline.
∎ Work in close collaboration with other members of the team to support monitoring, evaluation and learning documentation as per MEL framework of the project.
∎ Draft case studies, contribute to develop knowledge products and IEC/BCC materials for social mobilization, awareness campaign and training.
∎ Coordinate with Sirajganj municipality and local government institutions for necessary support to the project and secure additional data need for the project and collaboration with them.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on result matrix, process monitoring, baseline-endline studies, database management, report writing in English, case study preparation is needed. Basic knowledge on computer and use of common software in Microsoft is essential. Good communication skills and experience to work with local government specially municipality is highly desirable. Knowledge on mobile-phone based monitoring system is preferable.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40818 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Consolidated including festival bonus. Others benefits will be as per Organization policy and budget provision.
