Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Mathematics/ Social Sciences/ Management Information System (MIS) or other related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Duty station : HEKS/EPER Country Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Reportable to : Project Manager- REVIVE
∎ Language Required : Both English and Bengali
∎ Duration : Initially 12 Months (Subject to renewal based on performance)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 3-5 years practical experience (INGO preferred) in the relevant field of livelihood development, climate change, social justice, and inclusion in M&D position.
∎ Prior experience in working with Ethnic and Dalit communities will be considered as an advantage
∎ Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal knowledge in both Bangla and English.
∎ Tailors language, tone, style, and format to match the audience.
∎ Excellent communication, representation, and networking skills.
∎ Experience in the use of computers and office software packages, (i.e. MS word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) and database packages are required.
∎ Experience in statistical analysis (Stata/SPSS) will be required
∎ Experience to work with Python/R Programming will be an asset.
∎ Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
∎ Willing to frequent field visit.
∎ Professional, cooperative, efficient and effective working attitude.
Salary: Tk. 57143 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per project budget.
