Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Marketing, and Social Science discipline or related field is required. You will be IT literate with excellent MS Office skills with expertise in Excel / SPSS / STATA or any other tools.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities include:
∎ Providing technical and need-based capacity inputs to the field staff on monitoring process for effective implementation of MMS business model
∎ Developing data collection instruments such as surveys, structured- and semi-structured interview questionnaires to support quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis
∎ Conducting and monitoring quantitative data management and data analysis (e.g., statistical analysis, business analysis, thematic analysis etc.), interpretation of findings and verification across a range of factors/subjects
∎ Developing and maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders including government institutions, development partners, UN agencies, I/NGOs, Social Marketing Company (SMC) and the private sectors
∎ Conducting regular field visits and in-person interviews with pharmacy network providers to observe the quality of implementation and identify areas of improvement
∎ Working with Knowledge Leadership (KL) team to develop results and monitoring framework and tools to closely monitor project impact
∎ Contributing to the analysis of information collected and supporting all dissemination efforts including learning briefs and other materials

Additional Requirements:
∎ About You: The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in data and business analysis specifically within a public health services and market development environment in similar previous monitoring and improvement role. You must have strong experience in maternal nutrition project implementation and preferably in micronutrient supplementation/or nutrition activities as well as experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, protocol development, report writing etc. Candidates' with experience working with I/NGO, private sectors, Social Marketing Company (SMC) and UN agencies will be an asset.
∎ The postholder will also have strong analytical and technical abilities particularly on the market-based model of nutrition or public health goods and you will possess the relevant experience in using your initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvements.
∎ You will be a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills working in multicultural, multi-lingual environments and will be highly flexible and willing to travel in challenging environments. In addition to this, you will possess fluent written and spoken English.

Salary:
∎ Salary: From BDT 1,172,004 - BDT 1,340,892 per annum (gross salary), depending on experience.
