∎ Master's Degree in Social Sciences

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge and understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation requirements of EU funded programmes (including but not limited to European Commission's Result Oriented Monitoring and Results and Indicators for Development methodological approach)
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, with advanced knowledge of Excel or at least one statistical software. Ability to work in the SharePoint environment, using Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Planer
∎ At least five years' experience supporting data collection, monitoring, and quality assurance
∎ Proven experience in developing and management of M&E frameworks for large, complex programmes, including in European Union or other donor-funded international development
