∎ Master of Arts (MA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in strengthen relationships with partners for successful implementation of health service activities
∎ Build capacity of partners to provide monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework that produces data quality according to the humanitarian standards
∎ Develop monitoring mechanism with indicators for programs related to gender-based violence (GBV), sexual and reproductive health (SRH), water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and energy initiatives
∎ Transform paper-based data collection to digital platforms via tablets
∎ Work with M&E Field Coordinator to build local capacity for monitoring and evaluation
∎ Analyze data to inform current programming and future planning
∎ Ensure that relevant information is shared/communicated between CPI, local partners, and relevant government ministries for timely project execution and reporting
∎ Facilitate M&E training as needed for CPI staff and partner organizations
∎ Sustain good relationships and coordination with local partners, authorities and other relevant organizations.
∎ Carry out duties in a manner that promotes equity and respect for all CPI's local partners by understanding their norms, culture and local context.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good presentation skills, writing and analytical skills
∎ Excellent software skills for MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Strong knowledge of local ethnic issues and proven experience engaging local organizations
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish good working relationships with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
∎ Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
