Experience:

• 7 to 14 years

• Diploma in Engineering

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with ITI Certification (Millwright).

Millwright: Minimum 7–10 years of relevant industrial experience

Senior Millwright: Minimum 10-15 years of relevant industrial experience

• 7 to 14 years

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Male

Should have valid passport.

Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and rotating equipment.

Ability to read technical drawings and operate precision tools.

Experience in oil & gas, power plants, cement plants, or heavy industry preferred.

Middle East / Saudi Arabia experience is an advantage.

Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)

1. Install, assemble, dismantle, align, and level industrial machinery and equipment

2. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance

3. Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime

4. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals

5. Carry out precision alignment and balancing of rotating equipment

6. Inspect gearboxes, pumps, compressors, conveyors, turbines, motors, and bearings

7. Replace worn or damaged parts and ensure proper lubrication

8. Follow all safety procedures, HSE policies, and Saudi regulations.

9. Rotating machine technicians should have minimum 8-10 years’ experience of maintenance of various types of rotating machines such as pumps, blowers, filters , agitators, Bucket elevators ,Rotary drums, belt conveyors etc.

10. Shall have passed industrial trade school or high school with 2 years formal industrial training.

11. Demonstrated ability to perform work normally performed by mechanical technicians without assistance, including but not limited to :

    Ability to read equipment drawings and instructions to install/remove rotating equipment’s or parts.

    Ability to set, level, align and test run of rotating equipment’s.

    Ability to trouble shoot and analyze equipment problems and to work with technical support personnel for fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.

    Maintain and update equipment’s records like check lists and equipment history records.

    Maintenance of high speed centrifugal gas compressors and pumps.

    Repairing of heavy duty gear boxes..

    Diagnosis of equipment faults and corrective repairs required.
