Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide accurate information on migration options, processes, and eligibility requirements for clients from Bangladesh to Australia.
∎ Manage client consultations, assess eligibility, and guide clients through the visa application process.
∎ Prepare, review, and submit visa applications ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian regulations.
∎ Maintain client records, manage case files, and stay up-to-date with changes in migration policies and procedures.
∎ Conduct interviews to assess client needs and provide solutions based on their migration goals.
∎ Collaborate with the team to deliver the highest standard of service and achieve client satisfaction.
∎ Proven experience as a Migration Consultant or in a similar role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Australian migration laws, procedures, and visa categories.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to clients from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla (both written and spoken).
∎ Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
