Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing in Midwifery
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Examining patients visiting with COVID 19 positive and provide them with the services as per protocol.
∎ Conduct normal vaginal delivery.
∎ Assessing and evaluating individual patient's need and act accordingly.
∎ Identifying high-risk pregnancies/other patients and initial stabilization of obstetrical emergencies and referral to higher level of care
∎ Arranging and providing parenting and health education;
∎ Providing counseling and advising before and after screening and tests;
∎ Offering support following events such as miscarriage, termination, stillbirth, neonatal abnormality, neonatal death, and advice on general hygiene and family planning.
∎ Supervising and assisting mothers in labour, monitoring the condition of the fetus and using knowledge of drugs and pain management
∎ Using evidence based clinical care with all women and infants
∎ Ensuring that no patient leaves facility without being offered services.
∎ Following the Infection Prevention protocol and Waste Management guidelines
∎ Running the facility as per the signed contact/protocol.
∎ Ensuring patient friendly behavior, respectful maternity care, and display good manners and ethics.
∎ Making justified and timely decision for referrals to a secondary facility for high-risk pregnancy
∎ Collaborating with the family planning, MR, PAC provider on-site to connect patients with needed services
∎ Maintaining excellent communication with Hope and be very vigilant and smart to respond to phone calls/SMS and e-mails.

∎ With BNMC license
