Job Context
Work Station: Factory, West Tengra, Sarulia, Demra, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
Sampling and conducting Microbial contamination test for Raw Materials ,Finished Products, water and ETP, which are susceptible to microbial growth according to SOP/Monograph & preparing report.
To perform microbial tests including Microbial Identification, Microbial limit testing of raw materials, packing materials, Water for Pharmaceutical use, finished dosage forms and when applicable.
Performing bio-assay of various antibiotic preparation and related RM & Specimen sample.
Conducting environmental monitoring of aseptic controlled area by air sampling particle count, settle plate, Swab test and preparing report.
Performing Liquid particle count test, Bio-burden sterility test.
Preparing trend analysis of water test and environmental monitoring data.
Performing microbial examination during cleaning, validation, process validation and revalidation.
Ensuring preservation efficacy test in different formulation, validation of sterilization dehydrogenation and aseptic operation.
Preparing Microbiological media and disposal, storage and growth promotion test.
Preparing and updated SOPs, Specification and method of raw materials, water, finished products, etc.
To conduct the DGDA Inspection or other internal or external inspection.
To conduct and complete laboratory investigations or any other deviation reports to identify root cause.
