Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end-to-end merchandising activities from product development through to order shipment.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact between buyers and suppliers to ensure clarity and timely flow of information.
∎ Oversee costing, sampling, order placement, production follow-up, and shipment coordination.
∎ Evaluate and negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
∎ Supervise and mentor junior merchandisers to enhance team performance.Collaborate with quality assurance, production, and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
∎ Analyze customer preferences, market trends, and sales data to guide product planning and assortment.
∎ Ensure adherence to compliance, testing, and documentation requirements as per buyer standards.Ensure coordination warehouse; monitor inventory report from warehouse on a regular basis.
∎ Also, you need to prepare style coloring report at the end of a style completely shipped out.
∎ Facilitate timely goal setting across all departments of the plant by providing support to implement corporate guidelines on the goal-setting process.
∎ ZARA customer related experience preferable.
