Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some Digital Marketer having experience with Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, SEO, SMM etc. for Students.
∎ Workplace Work at office also online if required
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver training to the enrolled students to build them as a professionally skilled person in SEO & Amazon Affiliate Marketing and help to build student's career. Involved in all aspects of training, assessing students, creating and working with course materials, class notes, quizzes exercises etc.
∎ Facilitating offline & online training for the students through weekly basis offline / online classes.
∎ Managing classroom training plan & processes for train newly admitted students and conducting online-offline exam/ training/assignment management.
∎ Prepare and update batch wise training materials, calendar, reports & records.
∎ Evaluate individual knowledge and consulting to students for challenges they have on their future job opportunities.
∎ Identify student's problems and week points to solve this and student after class query solving for their requirement to build their career in this sector.
∎ Weekly report to the In Charge of Education Team and work closely with all staffs.
∎ Conducting and delivering training sessions on a wide range of topics based on the provided curriculum.
∎ Follow the course curriculum and help the students to make progress and complete the courses based on the curriculum within the course duration.
∎ Designing, organizing and delivering courses to meet the needs of all trainees.
∎ Monitoring, evaluating and reviewing the quality and effectiveness of training.
∎ Providing one-to-one training support for the students and consultation as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Training, Teaching, Official Job, Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Center, Educational Organization, Clerical Job, Digital Marketing Agency etc.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills as a facilitator of Training
∎ Excellent in typing both Bangla & English, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Good communication in Digital Marketing tools & Software's.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
∎ Rapidly problem-solving ability
∎ Clarity of voice, tonality & friendly nature
