• Age At least 20 years

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in school or settings where children, parents and family counseling/psychotherapy or other psychosocial interventions were provided.
• Proficiency in conducting individual, group or family counseling/psychotherapy sessions.
• Experience in working collaboratively with parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate case records and documentation and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willingness to receive clinical supervision and engage in professional development through training/workshop etc.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and culturally sensitive approach to diverse populations.

• Strong knowledge and exposure with relevant trainings of child and adolescent development, mental health and psychological assessments, different therapeutic approaches and interventions, dealing couple & family, developing intervention plan for teachers / parents to support children with special ability and also to develop training and awareness programs on mental health arena for different clients’ group (Children, Parents, Teachers & Administrators).
