Responsibilities & Context:
Lazz Pharma is looking for Sales Staff to work across its Grocery and Medicine sections. The role involves assisting customers with purchases, ensuring well-organized shelves and displays, providing product or medicine-related guidance, and delivering a smooth, professional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product/medicine selections and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on grocery items and basic medicine usage (dosage, side effects, interactions where applicable).
- Ensure shelves are stocked, displays are attractive, and products are within expiration dates.
- Handle sales transactions (cash or digital payments) efficiently and responsibly.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the respective manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in both grocery and pharmacy areas.
