Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Tour and Travel Agency, medical tourism industry, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Package and Customer Service, Visa Consultancy, Visa Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain information from clients and make travel arrangements as per their specifications,
∎ Design cost effective travel packages that suits clients need & budget.
∎ Explain flight, transportation and accommodation options to clients.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationship with prominent medical institute/diagnostic centre.
∎ Make recommendations regarding travel safety, visas & immunizations.
∎ Must have fast and efficient communication skills with Clients and about their queries.
∎ Update and record all client information on the database.
∎ Must be able to professionally and courteously communicate with clients through all interactions, including telephone conversations, emails and WhatsApp.
∎ Deal with customer complaints and requests in a kind, effective and courteous manner, and must aim to provide effective solutions within the shortest possible time.
∎ Assist and advise customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
∎ Must be able to make reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
∎ Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
∎ Selling and promoting reservation services.
∎ Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
∎ Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Fluency in English is compulsory
∎ Ability to work in a multicultural, fast paced organization with flexible hours
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical skill
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Yearly Free of Cost Air Ticket (Excluding VAT) (Domestic & International in USBA Destination)
