Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare patients and perform specimen collection, labeling, storage, transportation and testing, reporting and delivery of reports.
∎ Maintain equipment and ensure purchasing of lab reagent with proper stock of reagent.
∎ Maintain health and safety regulations- infection prevention and waste disposal practices
∎ Organize reporting, recording and interpretation of results
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have at least 2 year experience in the following area(s): Medical Technology/ Lab Operation, Medical Administration.
∎ Attitude for working with poor and marginalized people.
∎ Good report writing, laboratory, and pharmacy management skills.
∎ Knowledge and experience of primary healthcare principles and management.
∎ Proper working knowledge of Bengali and English (both spoken and written)
∎ Should have proper knowledge of lab management of a rural based PHC clinic.
∎ Should have proper knowledge of pharmacy management of a rural based PHC clinic.
∎ Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email and web browsing.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20500 (Monthly)
∎ Tk. 20,500/- per month (consolidated) during probation period. Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, two Festival Allowance, Nobo Borsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be entitled.
