• Diploma in Medical Technology

• Age 24 to 45 years
• Only Male

Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.

Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Minimum 4 years of practical experience in both sample collection and lab investigations in a hospital or diagnostic center.

• Collect blood, urine, stool, sputum, and other body specimens from patients following established protocols.

• Properly label and store specimens to avoid contamination or mix-ups.

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, and pathology.

• Conduct tests accurately using standard equipment and reagents.

• Ensure all laboratory instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.

• Report and take initiative to resolve any technical issues or malfunctions.

• Accurately record test results and maintain proper documentation.

• Clearly communicate test results to doctors or relevant departments.

• Follow internal and external quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

• Actively participate in audits and laboratory evaluations.

• Maintain cleanliness, sterility, and safety in the laboratory environment.

• Handle biohazard materials and waste safely, following established safety guidelines.
