Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit doctors, chemists, hospitals, & clinics.
∎ Management of team discipline at highest possible level to ensure quality promotion of products to doctors.
∎ To ensure proper utilization of resources by individual team members.
∎ Ensure monthly primary and secondary business targets from assigned business areas.
∎ Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by motivating and using the potentiality of the secondary sales force.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively across assigned business areas to manage the field sales team and business.
∎ Communicate with the Medical Professionals to Exchange product Information effectively to generate prescriptions.
∎ Achieve sales & prescriptions objectives of the company
∎ Promote Ayurvedic products to Doctors/Medical Professionals.
∎ Visit doctors, chemists, hospitals, & clinics.
