Job Responsibilities

• Introduce Parents Care Limited Care Giver Services during regular visits and Share service brochures and relevant informational materials

• Highlight how caregiver support improves patient outcomes and quality of life

• Encourage healthcare professionals to refer patients who require home care support

• Answer queries, complaints or requests from existing and potential customers through market visit

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to build long-term customer relationships

• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons using internal system for further investigation

• Ensure customer satisfaction and an enjoyable experience in a professional manner

• Other related tasks assigned by the management

• Report time to time to the concerned person for daily performance
