Experience:

• At least 1 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university with Excellent academic credentials. Valid BMDC registration. Registration must be renewed and active with no history of malpractice.

• At least 1 years

• Age At most 32 years

• Ability to handle common illnesses and emergencies.

• Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with students, Employees and Higher Authority of the university.

• Basic administrative and record-keeping ability, including knowledge of EMR (electronic medical records).

• Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.

• Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience post-MBBS or post-specialization. Preference for those with prior experience in: University or institutional healthcare settings, Emergency or general outpatient care and Student and Employee health services.

• Provide primary medical care and treatment to VU students and Employees

• Manage emergencies and minor procedures within the scope of the medical Center.

• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or acute conditions on campus.

• Coordinate with external hospitals for referral and follow up care.

• Supervise medical Center staff including nurses, paramedics, and support personnel.

• Conduct health education sessions and awareness programs on campus.

• Ensure availability and proper usage of medical equipment and supplies.

• Get the drinking water sample tested every semester from ICDDR,B to ensure acceptable standard of drinking water

Job Location: Varendra University, Rajshahi.

• Salary: As per Varendra University pay structure.
