PGT (Gyn& Obs), Ultrasonography.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct OPD/Indoor patient assessment, diagnosis & treatment planning, medical camp as per instructions.
Perform patient history-taking, examination & clinical decision-making.
Prescribe medication ethically based on clinical protocol.
Perform USG.
Handle routine and emergency cases when needed.
Maintain records, follow-up notes & ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with nurses, technologists and overall medical team.
Ensure assigned admin task if needed, strict confidentiality, professional behavior & ethical practice.
