Responsibilities & Context:
To provide daily health service, treatment, advice & suggestion to management staff and workers.
To provide advice regarding medical leave to workers and management staff also
Expecting & Lactating mother care.
Ensure proper treatment during emergency.
Ensure medical stock maintaining.
Ensure worker health, sanitation and other welfare.
Review NID/ Birth Certificate of newly recruited workers.
To prepare monthly medicine requirement and raise requisition to Admin Department.
To provide training on first aid to the floor representatives.
To Inspect and visit floor in aspect of workers health issues and inform management to take action.
To attend monthly health safety related committee meeting and provide suggestions.
Prepare and submit monthly health reports to management.
