Responsibilities & Context:
To maintaining accurate documentation.
To arrange recommendations or revisions.
To implement clinical procedure as per recommendation made by authority.
To coordinate with consultants regarding treatment procedures.
To evaluate the latest medical programs and research.
To track and evaluate clinical data.
To ensure patient safety and quality of healthcare.
To perform routine checkups on patients.
To keep detailed notes of the patient.
To evaluate diagnostic tests to diagnose patients.
To recommend patients to see a specialist.
To provide quality healthcare to patients.
To treat patients in the office for minor injuries.
To create a care plan for a patient.
To prepare discharge certificate as per clinical procedure.
To respond emergency/critical patient condition.
