Applications are invited on an urgent basis for this position in IAHS-H on the following terms and conditions:
Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical care by diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions and diseases;
- Conducting thorough assessments, including physical exams and patient history, to determine appropriate treatment plans;
- Developing and evaluating individualized treatment plans and ensuring that they are followed properly.
- Monitoring patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses and evolving medical conditions.
- Providing immediate care in emergency situations and stabilize patients for further treatment or transfer.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to medical ethics and legal standards.
- Coordinating with other Depts and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Working closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Providing advice to the patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Engaging in quality assurance activities and contributing to initiatives aimed at improving healthcare services.
- Mentoring and training junior medical staff, including residents and interns.
- Attending OPD/indoor patients / ward & cabins
- Attending academic sessions, clinical classes, participate in departmental seminars as per instruction;
- Carrying out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
