• MBBS from any recognized medical college having registration with BMDC.

• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision making skills.

• Good leadership and commitment to a safe working environment ensuring workplace health and safety initiatives.

• Clinical skills in emergency medicine, intensive care are required.

• Competency in advanced life support skills.

• Conversant with MS-Office.

• Ensure overall health and safety within the factories.

• Perform periodic health checkups for workers and staff.

• Conduct health checkups for employees at the time of recruitment.

• Prescribe medicine and provide medical advice to attending patients.

• Administer first aid to emergency patients and, if necessary, refer them to specialized nearby hospitals with proper notification to factory management.

• Maintain records of sickness, injuries, or accidents and analyze these records to minimize such incidents.

• Strategically plan to maintain a good and healthy occupational environment.

• Conduct health-related training programs to raise awareness about health and hygiene.
