∎ RHSTEP is the pioneer non-government organization in the arena of SRHR with special focus on MR and family planning services and training for near four decades in Bangladesh. RHSTEP is implementing its activities in 20 districts across the Bangladesh through its 27 centers in public hospitals and own clinics and youth focused resource centers.

∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Must do all kind of Sonologist.
∎ Must access 3D/4D Color Ultrasonogram..
∎ Manage outdoor patient.
∎ Manage of OT (MR & PAC).
∎ Manage all kinds of emergency.
∎ Should have the quality to manage technical staff.
∎ Made requisitions for emergency and regular medicine.
∎ Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required
∎ Counsel Parents/Guardians regarding their children's problems
∎ Positive willingness for Team work & Hardworking
∎ Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
∎ To check the O.T. Stock register for O.T. equipment, medicines and linen etc.
∎ To check-up clients for health service and give medical advise accordingly.
∎ Safe motherhood service to pregnant women.
∎ Refer the clients for pathological service who needs it.
∎ To instruct the Nurse /Paramedics to insure the cleanliness of the O.T.
∎ To prepare the monthly and quarterly report with the help of the Counselors.
∎ To remind the Tech. Advisor to arrange a monthly co-ordination meeting for discussing the progress and problems (if any).
∎ To ensure that all kinds of information are timely sent to the Central Office.
∎ MR service to the clients, Post MR prescription, Management of complications (if any), Follow-up treatment of MR clients

∎ Job Location: Sylhet M.A.G. Osmani Medical College, Sylhet
∎ Duty Time: Hospital Outdoor Time 8:30 am to 2:30 PM/as per hospital outdoor rules.
