Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular OPD and USG in the assigned BMCs.
∎ Test and validate HCD ideas with users, and be able to quickly iterate prototypes.
∎ Assist the Programme Manager in developing plans and implementation strategies in line with HCD.
∎ Conduct periodic refreshers and feedback sessions to ensure his/her services remain person-centered, adjusting to insights gathered from quarterly learning and HCD sessions.
∎ Assist in developing materials as per HCD guideline.
∎ Assist in field focus-group discussions, one-on-one interviews and other participatory research methods.
∎ AOB for the project; as required and suggested.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
