Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC in Computer Science, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics
∎ Essential higher education with proven computer literacy
∎ Desirable degree in Information and Technology (IT) or mathematics field

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carrying out medical data collection and entry activities into the mission database recording all relevant clinical and demographic data on patients and ensuring data quality/reliability, according to MSF protocols and maintaining confidentiality while producing the appropriate, updated documents for the medical team in order to support decision making processes.
∎ Collate and enter all relevant data as per surveillance system in place (morbidity, mortality, surveillance of diseases of epidemic potential, nutrition, psychological, occupational health and women’s health
∎ Ensure that all data entered has been authorized and that appropriate documentation has been received (patient records, treatment monitoring, etc.)
∎ Ensure that all data entry processes occur in a timely and efficient manner
∎ Provide data collection sheets and reports as required by other departments
∎ Provide feedback to supervisors on training needs of staff and assist in the training if required
∎ Maintain medical database (hard & soft copies) and ensure all data is backed-up weekly to avoid rupture in health surveillance
∎ Collaborate closely with different departments and supervisors to get and record accurate data
∎ Support the supervisors in analysing the statistical data for the reporting
∎ Maintain confidentiality of all patient data
∎ To support in technical aspects of data collection done by the data entry operator
∎ To maintain a regular contact and feedback with project coordination team on any technical questions or issues
Salary:
∎ Tk. 38598 - 38599 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly salary according to level 4 of the internal MSF salary grid, which is 38,599 BDT gross.
