Experience:
Review Medical Records: Examine patient records, including history, treatment, and outcomes, to determine appropriate codes.
Assign Codes: Accurately assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on documentation provided by healthcare providers.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with coding guidelines and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations.
Data Entry: Input codes and other relevant information into electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software.
Audit and Review: Conduct regular audits to ensure coding accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and procedures when necessary.
Education and Training: Stay updated with coding changes and participate in ongoing education and training.
Reporting: Generate and submit required reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Selected candidates will undergo a 3 months` training period, in which they would get to acquire extensive knowledge regarding medical coding.
Once a candidate has successfully completed the training period, he/she would need to undergo 6 months of probation period, after which they would be selected as a permanent employee.
