Job Context:
∎ Position: Media Specialist for Project Promotion
∎ Company: CREC Project Management Office of Padma Bridge Rail Link Project

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for writing excellent media press releases in English and Bengali, including news releases, press conference materials, news reports, etc., to promote the important progress and highlights of the project and enhance the project's exposure and influence in local mainstream English and Bengali media.
∎ Coordinate with local mainstream English and Bengali media reporters, establish and maintain good media relations, respond to and handle media inquiries and requests in a timely manner, and provide support.
∎ Based on project materials and media requirements, write social media content and assist in the operation of the project's accounts on international mainstream social media platforms such as FACEBOOK and TIKTOK, to increase the project's exposure and influence on social media.
∎ Monitor media coverage and user feedback, promptly report to project leadership, and develop appropriate response strategies to maintain the project's reputation in the media.
∎ Assist in planning and organizing media activities, such as press conferences, interviews, media visits, etc., to increase the project's visibility and media coverage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Requirements:
∎ 1. Bachelor's degree or above in journalism, communication, English, or related fields, with excellent English and Bengali writing skills, able to independently write media press releases.
∎ 2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, familiar with the media industry and news writing standards, able to accurately and fluently write news releases and reports.
∎ 3. Familiar with the local mainstream English and Bengali media environment and rules in Bangladesh, with good cross-cultural communication skills, able to create content according to local media needs.
∎ 4. Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to assist in planning and organizing media activities.
∎ 5. Positive work attitude, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
