∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Candidate must have minimum 12 years of work experience in any abrasive manufacturing and repairing industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To install and perform diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
∎ To develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
∎ To troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as perform repairs.
∎ To conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment and ensure optimal operation.
∎ To troubleshoot mechanical issues and diagnose problems in machinery and related systems.
∎ To repair or replace worn or malfunctioning parts and equipment.
∎ To read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical manuals.
∎ To ensure that the production line machinery has fewer breakdowns, stoppages and defects to keep the process running smoothly and continuously to avoid loss of productivity.
