Responsibilities & Context:
• To install and perform diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
• To develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
• To troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as perform repairs.
• To conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment and ensure optimal operation.
• To troubleshoot mechanical issues and diagnose problems in machinery and related systems.
• To repair or replace worn or malfunctioning parts and equipment.
• To read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical manuals.
• To ensure that the production line machinery has fewer breakdowns, stoppages and defects to keep the process running smoothly and continuously to avoid loss of productivity.
