Major Job Responsibility:

Overall monitoring and quality control of project activity supporting implementation of quality program standard with reporting

Specific Job Responsibility:

• Develop M&E action plan and make frequent field visits for regular monitoring activities.

• Ensure data collection, analysis reporting of project activities.

• Ensure development and implementation of M&E framework for project.

• Provide technical inputs on M&E issues where needed.

• Develop monitoring tools, formats, questionnaire etc.

• Provide technical assistance, coordination and logistical support to other staffs for follow up activities.

• Coordinate and facilitate field visits for visitors.

• Sharing result and communication outcome with relevant stakeholders.

• Keep the M&E data/information/products updated for ready reference.

• Monthly data collection from the field to support periodic monitoring report for the project.

• Field observation and identified the improvement area.

• Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.

• Develop quality control module and train staffs to successfully deliver the project to the required quality standards.

• Knowledge management, learning documentation.

• Any other tasks relating to the project assigned by project authority.
