∎ Skills Required: Analytical Thinking, Child Protection, Health intervention, Monitoring and Reporting, NGO ( Health), Nutrition, PLWH
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ The MEAL Coordinator will provide thematic leadership, guidance, and overall direction on the planning and implementation of monitoring, evaluation and supervision activities for the UNHCR funded project of Light House.
∎ The MEAL Coordinator will be reportable to the Team Leader of the Project and will play a key consultative role for project office and all drop-In-center based staffs, on the issues related toM&E of SRH services. The Officer shall provide leadership and technical expertise in strategic information for the performance monitoring and analysis; program level data gathering/validation; trend monitoring and reporting; etc.
∎ The MEAL Coordinator will exercise extensive independent judgment in planning and carrying out tasks, developing consensus among team, management agencies, donors, representing Light House in critical technical and policy fora, resolving problems and conflicts, and in meeting deadlines.
∎ The position holder will have to perform inherently project office functions such as relevant budgeting, developing planning documents, and reporting in coordination with focal persons of Quality Assurance, Program Management and Finance.
∎ The candidate should have practical knowledge of MS Office Packages including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Photoshop etc and master skilled in working on digital platforms. Strong drafting skills in English and Bangla is a must.
∎ The position is based in Project Coordination Office and the post holder have to travel to project locations in Teknaf, Ukhia and Cox`s Bazar Sadar using local public transports.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Routine data collection, analysis and report preparation in line with agreed M&E and Action project plan.
∎ Prepare Descriptive and Numeric updates and periodic reports online and offline.
∎ Output Mentoring and Progress Tracking based on target Outputs and Outcomes
∎ Periodic Reporting and Record-Keeping
∎ Drafting Prepare concept briefs on project components and issues
∎ Follow up Baseline and End line surveys on the project by the third party.
∎ Prepare Program Evaluation Report based on community-based experience, success stories, lessons learned & way forward
∎ Follow up and Audio-visual process documentation of the entire project history, lessons and success stories
∎ Participate and foster team building.
∎ Indicator based monitoring framework.
∎ Develop and maintain indicator-based database.
∎ Track project progress based on the resulting framework.
∎ Contribute to other professional tasks assigned by the management.
