∎ Joining Date: 01 January 2023
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of project quality, using donor monitoring tools appropriate.
∎ Work with Project Manager to ensure quality implementation and adherence to meet the standards of WFP.
∎ Oversee implementation of M&E system through regular field monitoring visits and tracking of Key Performance Indicators as approved by the WFP.
∎ Support management and accountability through routine, accurate collection and
∎ Reporting of information that confirms the status of project activities based on log frame.
∎ Overseeing the development, implementation and quality of the projects.
∎ Monitor expenditure based on the approved budget.
∎ Liaison and coordination with RRRC, CIC, site management, sectors, and implementation committee.
∎ Ensure quality & timely reporting.
∎ Close coordination and Liaison with WFP Prepare a monthly financial report with necessary supporting and timely submission
∎ Any other activities as assigned
∎ Key deliverables
∎ M&E officer will be key responsible for ensuring of implementation of WFP provided tools and templates, monitoring the quality of implementation, and reporting throughout the project.

∎ Weekly OPU (reviewed & endorsed by Project Manager)
∎ MDR (reviewed & endorsed by Project Manager)
∎ 4W Matrix
∎ Quarterly log frame
∎ Success stories
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three years of experience in the relevant field and relevant position. Working experience in Cox's Bazar Rohingya context with donors like WFP, and UNHCR will be an added advantage.
∎ Efficient computer literacy (especially MS Office applications)
∎ Strong ability to work with the team
∎ Strong ability in problem-solving and decision-making.
∎ Skill in documentation, facilitation & reporting.
∎ Excellent communications skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work under pressure and under a multi-sectoral / multi-disciplined team approach
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive perception
∎ To protect children in connection
∎ Willingness and ability to drive a motorcycle in the field as and when required and should have a valid driving license
