• Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to handle emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with employees at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records.
• Proficiency in health awareness and preventive care practices.
• Compassionate, responsible, and attentive to employee needs.

• Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees in case of illness, injury, or workplace accidents.

• Conduct routine health check-ups for employees and maintain accurate health records.

• Diagnose and treat common health issues, and refer serious cases to hospitals or specialized medical facilities when required.

• Monitor and manage occupational health risks, including exposure to dust, noise, chemicals, and other workplace hazards.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and factory medical standards.

• Provide counseling and awareness sessions on health, hygiene, nutrition, and mental well-being.

• Coordinate with HR and Safety teams to implement workplace wellness and preventive healthcare programs.

• Maintain stock and records of essential medicines, first aid, and medical equipment in the factory medical center.

• Prepare and submit monthly health reports to management.
