Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
The Matron/ Nursing Superintendent is a key figure within the hospital, working alongside the Sr. Nurses/Nurses and other colleagues in providing pastoral support and securing the health and welfare of the patients in the hospital.
- Use expert knowledge and clinical judgment to identify the potential diagnosis.
- Decide on and carry out treatment, including the prescribing of medicines, or refer patients to an appropriate specialist.
- To ensure record keeping of all the instruments & logistics used in Floor Emergency/OT/ICU/CCU/HDU/PICU/NICU.
- Performing any other assignments given by the Management as and when required.
