Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities to students
∎ Observe progress and provide feedback to the students and support the team
∎ Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
∎ Foster discipline, responsibility, and accountability in students
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to cadets to develop their leadership skills
∎ Work closely with the Cadet Program Director to ensure program goals and objectives are met
∎ Attend meetings and trainings as required
∎ Maintain accurate records of cadet progress and participation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience teaching and coaching youth, preferably in a cadet program or similar environment
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Ability to motivate and inspire cadets to reach their full potential
∎ Knowledge of cadet program policies and regulations
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and program staff
∎ Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
